Chuck Arney, Pastor

816-246-5000
Chuck has pastored Cornerstone since 1989. He has a heart for finding the missional purposes of God in
the world and helping lead Cornerstone into the middle of that. He has often said, "If we knew where God
really wanted us to be we would run away kicking and screaming into the night." As pastor, he enjoys
preaching and "hanging out" with people. His leadership style is from the middle, neither pushing nor
prodding, but joining in with, and together catching the vision of God for their lives. He and his wife
Tina have three boys, Jeffrey, Blake, and Connor. His interests include: running, water skiing, and
trying to make things with his hands.
Ethan Bryan, Minister of Youth & Worship Arts

Ethan has served at Cornerstone since July of 2001, laughing and playing with the youth, learning and
growing in worship leadership. He is convinced that finger blasters are the essential tool for youth
ministry, closely followed by a good story. He regularly writes songs for worship, hoping to further
explore the themes of scriptures and the struggles of following Jesus. He is passionately in love with
his wife, Jamie, and their two girls, Kaylea and Sophie. Two hopes he has are to qualify for the Missouri
State Amateur Golf Tournament and to see the Royals win another World Series.
